This is the way I see the story in the video.

Frank isn’t very popular, he has food thrown at him and he is stuffed in lockers but he’s in a band with some friends and has a crush on Gerard (he looks a gerard when the food is thrown)

A girl tries to kiss him but he isn’t into that.

But he kisses Gerard on the cheek (trust me bit)

Gerard is clueless and Frank continues to love him.
